RETURNS
1. What is your return policy?
We try to keep this process as hassle free as possible. We accept all returns from orders made within 30 days of purchase. Unless stated as part of a discount promotion where returns are not accepted, all items can be returned within the validity period. All return items must be sent back, unworn, undamaged and in the same condition it was received in. Please do not cut any tags or labels on the items.
We ask you to return the item(s) with the original packing materials. Our returns team will inspect all returned goods to make sure the item(s) has not been worn or damaged.
If an item is returned to us damaged or with visible signs of wear, we will not be able to process your refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery cost).
2. Will I be refunded my original shipping fee for my order if I return my items?
No, shipping fees of order purchases are not refundable.
3. Can I return sale items?
All items that are discounted on our website are non-returnable, including marked down items and items in our outlet page. Full-priced items that have been purchased with a discount code are applicable for a refund for cash or store credit.
4. How long do I have to return an item?
We ask you to make sure the item(s) have not been worn or damaged, and that you send them back in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

5. How long does it take to process a return?
Returns typically take around 3 business days to be processed once it reaches our warehouse, and credit card refunds take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
6. What do I do if I receive an item that is defective or not what I ordered?
We try our best to ensure our products are of a high quality, and that the correct items are in the box before they leave the warehouse. However, if you happen to receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item in your order, please send an email to returns@IZSEL.com. Include the following information and we will let you know what happens next:

7. Can I combine different orders for return in one box?
Yes of course. We will only charge you ONCE for the return fee (if applicable). Please include all packing slips in the same box so that we know which orders you would like to return.
8. Why do I have to pay for return?
No, we will refund the full amount and arrange any shipping.
